To be considered for funding, you must complete the entire application. Applications that are incomplete will not be reviewed.

You can apply if you are a nonprofit organization located in and serving Detroit, Hamtramck, or Highland Park, or if your organization aligns with KIP:D+ values. Be sure to review the full eligibility and selection criteria in the program guidelines before applying.

You can attend an info session or sign up for Office Hours with Michigan Community Resources (MCR) for one-on-one support with your application. Visit coactdetroit.org/kipd for info session dates.

Office Hours with MCR:

  • May 12, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. (in person at Morningside Cafe)
  • May 14, 3–7 p.m. (virtual, for organizations with budgets under $500,000)
  • May 18, 2–6 p.m. (virtual)
  • May 20, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. (in person at Detroit Sip, for organizations with budgets under $500,000)
  • May 26, 3–7 p.m. (in person at Trinosophes)
  • May 29, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. (virtual)
